Dispute Resolution and Refund Policy

Date of Revision: 17/02/2025

Welcome to Isekai: Waifu Overlord (the “APP”).

Refund Policy

Isekai: Waifu Overlord is an adult web casual game. Due to the nature of our offerings, the refund policy is defined as follows:

Non-Refundable Scenarios

• Usage-Based Consumption: Once users begin interacting with any in-game currency, refunds are not available. These activities utilize significant resources, and packages are specifically allocated for individual use.
• Subscription Expiry: Unused credits or features in an active package cannot be refunded once the package term has expired.

Refundable Scenarios

• Non-Engagement: Refunds are available only if a user has purchased a package but has not engaged with the service (e.g., spend any in-game currency) within 24 hours of the transaction.
• Technical Issues: In cases where technical errors on our platform prevent access or proper usage of purchased services, users may be eligible for a refund. Supporting evidence of the issue is required.

Submitting a Refund Request

If you believe you qualify for a refund under the conditions above, or for any other concerns, follow these steps:

• Contact Us: Send an email to [email protected] with:
  • Full name
  • Account details (e.g., username or registered email)
  • Date and time of the transaction
  • A brief explanation of your concern
  • Relevant supporting documents (e.g., screenshots of errors)
• Acknowledgment: Upon receiving your request, our team will acknowledge receipt within 2 business days.
• Review Process: All refund requests are reviewed thoroughly. A resolution will be provided within 10 business days.
• Outcome: Final decisions regarding refunds are made based on the outlined terms. Hot Talks AI reserves the right to deny refunds if requests do not meet policy criteria.

Dispute Submission and Resolution

For non-refund-related disputes, users are encouraged to email [email protected] with the details mentioned above. Our team will follow the same acknowledgment, review, and resolution timeline.
